Healthways administers the Corporate Well-Being Index survey on behalf of employers, health plans and organizations. The Corporate survey contains the majority of questions in the Community survey with added focus on:

  • Employee productivity
  • Work environment (more items concerning such things as job stress, satisfaction with benefits, employee engagement)
  • A culture of health assessment (to evaluate the organization's support of healthy lifestyle choices)

The Corporate Well-Being Index survey also contains optional modules for organizations who would like some additional depth of measurement on health risks or employee satisfaction.
